📋 Description Improve dataset quality across the full training cycle (pre, mid, post, RL) Generate synthetic data at scale for training large models Collaborate with Pre-training, Post-training, RL2L, Evals, and Product teams Design and run high-throughput data pipelines on GPU clusters Stay current with state-of-the-art research on synthetic data and LLMs Lead time-bounded experiments and deploy engineering solutions into production 🎯 Requirements Strong ML/engineering background with hands-on research Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and learning dynamics Ability to design cost-efficient, large-scale data pipelines on GPUs Excellent Python skills and strong prompt engineering Experience with evals tracking model capabilities (reasoning, math, coding) Data curation and quality focus; familiarity with tokenization and deduplication 🎁 Benefits Fully remote work & flexible hours 37 days/year vacation & holidays Health insurance allowance for you & dependents 16 weeks of flexible, full-pay parental leave Company-provided equipment Well-being, learning & home office allowances
